Customer Communications
White’s communications include regular phone contact, newsletters, as well as faxes and mailers regarding weekly availability, seasonal availability, holiday products, and special offerings and pricing.
Delivery Charges
If a customer meets a minimum order total, delivery is free. Minimum order total is determined by the distance from greenhouses, the number of White’s customers in the delivery area, and the frequency at which White’s delivers to the area.
Credit Arrangements
Credit applications can be obtained by calling White’s at 618-466-7601.
Invoices can be paid by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Payments are required in most cases within 30 days. Finance charges will be added if payment is not received within 30 days.
Special Requests
In some cases, a customer may need special varieties of plants or large volumes of plants. White’s will try to accommodate these requests if they are pre-booked well in advance of their delivery date. Since these would be special orders, purchase orders or minimum downpayment would be required.
